Cancellation Policy
Policy for Nonrefundable Fee and Class Rescheduling Policy This Agreement is made between Ponte Vedra Premier Healthcare, hereinafter referred to as "Instructor" or "We") and the undersigned client (hereinafter referred to as "Client" or "You"). By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement regarding the nonrefundable fee and class rescheduling policy. 1. Nonrefundable Fee The Client agrees to pay a nonrefundable fee of ( BOOKING FEE) for each class or series of classes scheduled with the Instructor. This fee is required at the time of booking, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation or failure to attend a scheduled class. 2. Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. As such, we value our clients and their success and aim to support them as best as we can. Therefore, we offer the opportunity to reschedule a class if necessary. The following conditions apply: • Rescheduling Window: The Client may reschedule a class up to 30 days after the originally scheduled class date. • Rescheduling Request: To reschedule, the Client must provide written notice via email to [Instructor’s Email] at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. • Class Availability: Rescheduling is subject to Instructor's availability, and the Client will be offered an alternative date and time. If the requested rescheduling cannot be accommodated due to scheduling conflicts, the Instructor will work with the Client to find the best available solution. 3. No-Shows or Failure to Reschedule If the Client fails to attend a scheduled class without prior notification or does not reschedule within the allowed 30-day window, the Client forfeits the nonrefundable fee and will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling. 4. Cancellation by Instructor In the rare event that the Instructor needs to cancel or reschedule a class due to personal or professional reasons, the Client will be offered an alternative date for the class at no additional cost. If the alternative date is not suitable, the Client may choose to receive a full refund of the nonrefundable fee or reschedule for a later date within 30 days. 5. Acknowledgment and Agreement By accepting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this policy, including the nonrefundable fee and the rescheduling policy.
