For patients who prefer the convenience and comfort of receiving care at home, PVP Healthcare offers in-home wellness visits within our designated service area, when clinically appropriate and provider availability permits.

Includes a comprehensive wellness-focused visit in the patient's home.
Travel/Convenience Fee:
$99 flat travel fee for locations within approximately 30 miles of the PVP service area.
For locations approximately 31–40 miles away: $139 travel fee.
Locations beyond 40 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional travel fee or may not be within the current service area.

In-home services are available by appointment and are subject to provider availability, service-area limitations, and clinical appropriateness. Travel fees are based on the patient's location and are separate from the clinical visit fee. Additional services, laboratory testing, imaging, medications, or services provided by outside facilities may result in additional charges.
In-home wellness visits are not intended for medical emergencies or conditions requiring emergency or hospital-level care.

A 3% processing and technology fee may apply to self-pay transactions to help cover secure payment processing and administrative technology expenses.

What We Do Not Treat
Our services are designed for primary and non-emergency healthcare needs. We do not treat medical emergencies such as:

Difficulty Breathing

Severe Abdominal Pain

Major Trauma

Psychiatric services, available by referral, will be added soon.

Controlled substances are not prescribed through telehealth. If clinically necessary, controlled medications may be considered during an in-person visit.
